Black Kings sell broken Air Conditioners and then run away with your money

I purchased a 1 year old Samsung air conditioning unit from Black Kings Air Conditioning for my home on the 13 September 2023.The unit was installed and paid for on the 13th of September 2023.The unit was advertised by Black Kings as "working 100%" on Facebook Marketplace. The unit stopped working on the 16th of September 2023.I informed the business owner, Kingstone Chivizhe of the problem who said he would sort out the problem. He came to look on the 19th of September 2023 and was not able to fix the unit. When I never heard back from him, I followed up with him to see when he was coming back to fix the unit, he told me he was away from Cape Town and would return to sort out the unit when he was back. From then on, he kept on avoiding me for many weeks, telling me that if he had the money he would collect the unit and refund me. He then informed me that the unit needed a new compressor and he had ordered one from his supplier and will install as soon as it arrived. When I never heard back from him, I contacted his supplier only to find out that the compressor had never been ordered. I have been taken by this company who now, does not respond to my messages and will not fix this unit. They have taken my money, sold me a broken unit and claimed it was working 100% and now will not fix or replace it. They have ****** my money, Please do not use their services!
