Poor and very dissappointing service

Worst spa experience ever...we paid upfront for their massage,facial and scrub promo...they confirmed a booking date then suddenly moved it to another date when then the got more clients...the foot scrub was done in a big rush and was a waste of money. .the massage was just mediocre...they moved the booked date by sending an unproffessional rude text..we were treated well by the staff but the owner was rude , impatient and unkind...she shouted at my friend upon arrival and didn't bother to check how the session was when we left and opened her gates to let us out..
