**** - Golf Cart

I ordered a Golf Cart from Black Eagle Enterprises (R52 800). The golf cart was suppose to be delivered to my premises by Trans Cargo International. Although delivery cost of R2 800 was included in the selling price, Trans Cargo International claimed a further R18 500 for insurance and R12 550 for a SAD certificate. The Golf Cart was never delivered to me nor was my money refunded. Total lost R83 850.
