Worst repair shop

Worst repair shop ever , a lady by the name of Charlene that works for this panel shop told me it is a minor accident and that it will take them a week to repair then it became a 2 weeks repair job now today i called because i need to pick up my vehicle and they giving me a hassle stating my vehicle isn't ready for a small cosmetic front dent they are charging me a fortune and they still cannot keep up their deadline I'm furious
