Save yourself the pain and stress and don't use Black Diamond

I experienced from Black Diamond Panel Beaters shocking service, very poor Communications and arrogant . I was told 1-2 weeks it took 7 -8 weeks. 4 promised deadlines not matched. They asked me to sign off the car before seeing it so they could pay staff they said . No way I would do that and just as well as my car was so not properly finished . My rim should have be replaced from the start. I asked for rim to be replaced as BD said he would not let his wife drive the car with the rim repaired and the damage was bad, but they (BD) still went a head with the rim repair And therefore didnt care if I drove it in that repaired state. So they sent it to their "Rim Connection" for repairs which took 9 days just to get there! Their excuse they never collected right away. (Hello ... How about dropping it of yourself) Clearly as diorganised as themself. Only to have them take 6 weeks to repair it, the repair was so bad, that I am getting outsurance to replace the whole set of Rims (Rim are not manufactured any more). The reapir was so bad that is unsafe to do a second repair as it weakens the metal. BD even said "just put on the back of the car" , but you have to rotate your wheels for even tyre wear. They are so disorganised , never keep to the promises, full of excuses.. On receiving my vehicle the Spare wheel had not been put away or the jack. Both were just lying in the back of the van. They had my vehicle 2 weeks over the 3rd promised and yet they could not even care to finish removing the entire wrapp off the car to save me from returning to them again. They left the roof wrap on... which I had to pay CASH as OUTSURANCE would not cover it. I still have if on my car. As I will never ever go back there. Such a stressful experience. And the repairs were only R13,500 approx, taking 50 days, R2300 to remove the wrap.. Excess R4450

Outsurance are also to blame as they said my car was going to Springfield Park Durban as this was close to my residence. Oh no... They send it to Phoenix Black Diamond Panel Beaters. Clearly not think of the Client and the best thing for them like using a VW certified specialist oh no a Phoenix ***boy. So take note if with outsurance dont let them deliver to a panel beaters without checking it review !!!
