Poor service and ***** business practices

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Black diamond had our car for more than 6 weeks for a minor repair and failed to communicate any updates during the 6 weeks. Anytime we needed updates we would have to phone in. Everytime we phoned they promised to phone back which they never did. Now we have our car back unfinished. There is a missing panel, our wheel alignment is off AND our aircon is not working (it was working before). They are not replying to messages or phone calls to sort out the situation and it has been 5 days since we got our car back.
