***** - BLACK DIAMOND PANEL BEATERS

Our vehicle was involved in an accident on 03.04.19.

The tow truck company Kurts Towing, (affiliated to A Forbes) ignored the instruction from A Forbes to take the car to an assessment center in Springfield park & took our car to Black Diamond Panel Beaters in Cornubia.

On the same day my husband received a call from Ariel from Black Diamond (call recorded) to say we must come in to view their setup & operations. And that we will be very happy, also that we should contact A Forbes & tell them we want our car repaired @ Black Diamond even though they are not on the approved panel for A Forbes.

She further went on to advise that we don't have to worry about any excess as they will BUILD IT into the cost of the repair.

We proceeded to get our car out from their premises, however were given the run around by the owner who was "apparently" away on holiday and could not sign the release for a vehicle that should not have been there in the first place!!!! We eventually got our car released almost two weeks after the accident from Black Diamond.

We have reported this to A Forbes, for both service providers the tow company & the panel beater. A Forbes also advised us that they have had other instances just like this with cars being taken to Black Diamond Panel beaters.

DO NOT use Kurt's Towing or Black Diamond as they are dishonest, willing to commit ***** and are take advantage of people.
