A bunch off Bandits

Worst repair shop ever , a bunch of bandits, a lady by the name of Charlene that works for this panel shop told me it is a minor accident and that it will take them a week to repair then it became a 6 weeks not once a phone from anyone, eventually became concerned drove out to Verulam to retrieve my vehicle and found it in a hanger with dust on, Went back to my Insurer who managed to retrieve my vehicle, Eventually phoned by Charlene to pick up vehicle and would not release unless I paid the outstanding amount, the vehicle was in a worst state to when I handed over, parts broken, radiator leaking, air conditioner not working and my back up bag stripped. You must be the worst company on the planet
