My car was involved in an accident and was towed away to blackbdiamond panel beaters. I was assigned to Kevin Pillay. With delays and procedures not being followed by the insurance, Kevin assisted me in getting the vehicle repaired and in the process taking the heat for procedure failure on behalf of the insurance.
