WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE EVER!!!!

Just when you think you've seen the worst of the worst there's another company that shocks you. I purchased a Black & Decker vacuum cleaner, it only came with one attachment. I contact them on Facebook to get quotes on additional attachments that can be purchased separately. I've been trying for 3 weeks to get in touch with their service center... 4 days ago someone eventually answered their phone... but had NO knowledge of the product. They took my email address and said they'll get back to me... needless to say... I'M STILL WAITING.

I seems like NO ONE in South Africa wants to do business or take pride in anything they do .I can't imagine what will happen if the machine has to be repaired or something. I went from a different brand to Black & Decker, thinking after sales and service for such a well known brand will make it worth the money spend on the product. Apparently not...
