What a shocking customer care service

I Honestly wish that Hello Peter was able to take the stars in to a minus. I have never been this shocked in customer service from a company. My product burnt out on the first use and they were quick to arrange a collection for the unit. Since February I have been trying to get feedback from 3 employees within the company and i get ignored on a continuous basis. I am hoping that some form of Management or anyone with in company who cares about there customers will be willing to contact me and give me feedback on the product. I have all the information with me and I am more than willing to give out the employees name to any senior staff member that cares about Service regarding this. I am Honestly disgusted with Black & Deckers service and I would like to know what in the world is going on with my product. I spend money on this and now it seems like they are just *****ing it back.
