Terrible after sales service

I bought an orbital sander from builders warehouse in July. Used it like 2 times and it started vibrating violently. Couldn't hold on to it longer than a minute. I took in for repairs mind you it has a 2year guarantee, in November. It's 3 weeks later and after many calls to the authorised repair centre I wasn't getting any feedback and today I'm told that Black and Decker is going to fix it but they have no idea when parts will be sent for it. I think this is absolutely ridiculous. 2 year guarantee you should be replacing the item not sending parts. Worst after sales services. I will never buy this brand again.
