Poor aftersales service and declining of physical quality in a world wide known brand

I can't believe that this is an international company and had one of THE big names in electrical equipment like drills, orbital sanders, grinders and and and. I bought a new black and decker project pak and apon opening the battery just simply would not start charging. I then had to do my utmost best to keep a calm mindset and contacted the department as given on the OFFICIAL BLACK AND DECKER WEBSITE wrote a calm and rather relaxed letter or three that were communicated via email, where the last email I received from one or other representative of this well-known establishment just wrote me to get In touch with someone in South Africa as he can't do anything because of him sitting somewhere in America if I remember correctly. Just to explain why my memory fail me on this matter. I am a proud Afrikaans speaking male brought up to take care of all problems that may pop up. My whole family and ancestors are proud military people who have a naturally very short temper . I could not reach a representative locally so now I know why Black and Decker customers also rather would recommend a other brands in products that is 8n the same price class but just better quality and aftersales service. Will work this set until it starts giving any problems again and I will not try to over work the product but I will be making videos and posting them everywhere. THANK GOD FOR FREEDOM OF SPEECH
