pathetic customer assistance

I recently bought a product off Takealot recently. A 12 v cordless drill with 80 piece accessories. Upon opening the container, i realized that the 80 piece accessories were lose and had no case to hold them. So i mail your support team to see if they had a solution for me. The agent responded with one of these worse responses. Of course i know it has a steel storage tin, but how does that resolve the issue. Either he has no clue on the product or didn't bother to even read what i asked. He could have easily said, sorry, we don't supply a storage case for the accessories. but purely based on his response, i'm going to return the product, and rate this product badly on Takalot and even suggest them removing it.
