Faulty Equipment

Have bought a handheld vacuum from Takealot and after 3 uses the device will not charge and rendered useless.

The device had a 24 month warranty I then searched for the business which took me through to an address in CPT which did not exist, I wasted my effort in driving to Paardein Island,

I then proceeded to call customer care whcih they forward me a list of agents whom will repair.

I have made my way to 3 of these agents only to be told they do not service this client. I am really dissapointed with the poor after sales service offered and also faulty equipment.

I am truly done with this company and won't be purchasing any further products. Please be weary before you make any purchases.
