Can not register for 3 year guarantee

I bought a Stanley 18v Li-Ion drill, model FMC620LB, showing on the packing that a 3 year guarantee applies when registering the tool on [URL Removed] It turns out that the South African tools cannot be registered for this guarantee. I tried to contact [URL Removed] but in vain. Only a telephone nr that is not being answered and no email address or website based messaging tool.<br> <br> I like the product but am upset at buying a product of which the guarantee offering is above the market standard, only to find out that one has been taken for a ride.
