Black & Decker power tools - do NOT expect any after sale service !!

I bought a Black & Decker 1200W router from Builders Warehouse in Centurion. After a few months when I unpacked the router I noticed that the packaging was re-sealed and the 1/4" collet was not inside the box. I went back to Builders Warehouse but could not find my invoice and only asked them if they can help me (sell me one). I was referred to Black & Decker SA and used the "contact us" on their portal. After I resend my request a few times, I received an email from their call center that they had a public holiday and would resume work on 3/9 2017. I tried to source the part locally but can't find any supplier that can help me. It only makes sense not to consider Black & Decker products ever again due to the lack of support and warn my fellow DIY friends.....don't touch !!
