Black and decker vacuum cleaner product not up to standard and services

Brought a vacuum cleaner 3 times broken in a few months. Now so since November waiting for stock as no stock as they gave away what was kept aside for me. They don't answer emails. Then finally say they will give me one until get another but then when I enquire about it they say they have to many emails to respond. I have been with the vacuum cleaner than have as it does not work and break then when they say it can't handle my dogs hair I say why advertise it as a perfect pets vacuum cleaner. Beyond disgusting service and clients service at black and decker head office just seem to be the same. I have tried everything before restoring to hello Peter. Product is not good, service disgusting.
