Unprofessional Payroll woman

A Garnishee order was sent to this mine on the 23June 2020,I then phoned to find out if it was received and I was told nothing was sent by their payroll lady.I went back to the maintenance court to find out why were the documents not sent,only to discover that they were sent to the payroll on the 23 of June.And email was forwarded to them as proof that it was sent.I then called to follow up again if it was received this time,I was answered by a rude and unprofessional woman (Lillian Ackhurst) and she even hung up on me.Lillian if you don't want to assist us,please resign and stay at home and leave the job to people who want to assist.You are rude and unprofessional,please attend telephone etiquette training and mannerism which you do not have.Learn to control your emotions especially in the workplace.
