black bull steak house

Went there for lunch with a friend. The restaurant is dark and gloomy, not inviting at all. We both ordered the espetadas - one medium rare and one medium well (our waitress had zero personality) The food came and the medium well was quite pink still, so it was sent back for some more cooking. My medium rare was so full of gristle that it was totally inedible. I called the owner over and he apologised profusely explaining that they had had problems with their meat supplier. Surely the chef should have checked the meat before cooking it. The only positive was the sauce was very tatsty. They didn't charge me for my meal but I wont be going back.
