Worst Experience at Black Brick hotel, sandton 2

I had a terrible experience with Black Brick Sandton 2. I was overcharged for my purchase (or rather ****med because even the transaction does not appear in my bank app), and to make matters worse, they claimed that my payment was never made. Despite providing proof of payment, they refused to acknowledge their mistake. On top of that, my refund was never granted, even after multiple attempts to contact them. This kind of service is completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend doing business with them.
