****** Belongings at Black Brick Cape Town

My laundry bag was left behind at Black Brick Hotel in Cape Town. I called the hotel manager and she confirmed that she has it and will keep it in safe keeping for me till my next visit.

Fast forward to my next visit, my laundry bag was ****** by Hotel staff as it was kept in safe keeping. I have not received any help from the hotel group, seems like everyone just lacks accountability within this company.
