Black box wine

I recently bough t 3x5 litres of merlot and there is something wrong with the wine, I have sent 3 emails to wine-ways I was told someone would contact me, it is now 10 days since my first email and now they don"t even reply ro my mail. I am a pensioner and R600 is too much money to lose.
