Rental Agent / Body Corporate / Managing Agency

<p>Rent an apartment at Bradford Complex in Rynfield Benoni, thru Black Bear Inc. from 1 Dec 2015 till 30 Nov 2016. Still battling to get my deposits back. The water/electricity/refuse removal are divided between residence and really absurd. There are no pre-paid meters in the apartments, so the amount are divided and for 1 person who is hardly there, the amount varries between R787 and R1750. Selection Estate are not willing to give you an explanation, Black Bear Inc the rental agent are not willing to assist you either. She said you need to sort it out with the Managing Agency who has this European vision for an estate that has no playground for the children, no pool or washing lines, you are not allowed to hang your laundry outside, you are not allowed to put your garbage bag on the trash can. But she was the Rental Agency and should look after needs of her Tenants! Tenants don't live there longer than 2/3 months except for the owners because of all the rules and regulations. We had numerous incidents with the Chairman of the Body Corporate who barge into your apartment, shout and behave like a ***. Needless to say I will not recommend this complex, rental agent or managing agent to anyone.</p>
