Good Day. Let me tell about my journey with Black & White Projects. They fitted a pool cover at my place in mid September. During the installation I voiced my concerns about the pool cover and that I felt that the joints would not hold and would come apart. Phillip who sold the cover ensured me that the cover was well manufactured and the the cover was guaranteed for 18 months and that the cover would not come apart. Around the 29 September the cover was coming apart at the joints ( as per my concerns) Phillip and his team did come out to repair after I had to repeatedly phone him regarding the issue with his pool cover. Again I voiced my concerns about the quality of his pool cover and that his cover was not going to last and that the seams were going to come apart. Well a few days ago I phone him regarding the pool cover that is now coming apart in a new area and he rejected my call, I sent him a few WhatsApp messages with photos of the pool cover coming apart, again he did not respond, I sent him a number of WhatsApp messages requesting him to respond to my request to honor the guarantee that he said covered the pool cover. He sent me a a few rude voice messages and in one of the messages he stated that he was NOT GOING TO COME AND REPAIR the cover. He does not like to be questioned about his pool covers and gets defensive and rude. As the customer, I have the right to question anything about the product. They have not honored the guarantee. I would be very very careful in dealing with anyone who treats their customers in the manner that Philip has treated me. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT All. When a customer from West Beach saw my post, he came to see me regarding the quality of their work and he was shocked when he saw the pool cover and couldn not believe that this pool cover was just 3 month old. He also said that Phillip had a lot of terrible things to say about me claiming it is all my fault. . Glen also told me that he offered him a 3 year guarantee (I got a 18 month guarantee) This just show you that Black and White Projects can not be trusted as they are just throw meaningless guarantees, you don't even get a 3 year guarantee on a new house, very expensive 95in TV or a car, BUT ONE EXPECTS the cover to last a lot longer than 3 months. Just remembered that the photos that they are using to advertise their products are taken right after they have completed the installation, everything looks great, but give it a few days/weeks. The cover looks Terrible after a little wind, the cover seams to be sticky after a few days in the sun, all the dust sticks to the cover and not easy to clean.
