refuge not removed

I have tried to contact blaauberg municipality several times regarding refuge that gets removed late or like yesterday not at all. This is now a health issue and leads to another loophole for ******* that break into houses. My refuge bin was also ****** twice. All the contact numbers advertised on the internet is not working or just ringing. Is this the city that works for us??? <br>
