Poor service and loud music until the early morning hours.

Very poor service, it is now 23:45 on a Thursday night and I am still waiting for the management to switch off the loud music at the conference room floor, seems like the whole CT taxi rank is partying there. When I complained at 21:00 already, they promised that it wood be off by 22:00 and still going strong at 23:45 after numerous complaints. I pay a lot to stay here for some peace and quiet, just the sound of the see, but is seems that my money is not good enough for them...well ***** them.
