Blaauwberg Beach Hotel Must Fall

So after having a couple of drinks at the hotels pebbles gin & ****tail lounge i decided to book a room for me and my brother as we didn't wanted to drink and drive cause we came all the way from Atlantis. Had some family and friends over as we planned to go for some drinks at cubana or what so ever place we could find open. After having a great night out we decided to head back as we still had some drinks at the hotel on arrival at the hotel got out of the car into the lift from the ba*****t to the 1st floor as we just stepped out we got stop by a gentlemen at reception with the name Mr Gideon, got told that we can not proceed any futher as visiting hours are over. (To my concern and experience staying at any other hotel e.g. Crystal Towers , Fire & Ice I didn't even know of any visiting hours policy or what so ever as i would come and go with whoever at any hour)

Anyways back to reception desk, after +-30min of debating this whole visiting hours we were only then asked on whos name the room is booked. I said mine so i had to take out my whole I.D and bank card number was checked from whiched the room was booked. I mean isn't my I.D number enough to confirm my booking? Then we were surrounded by neighborhood security as of we intruding the place. I then left the hotel taking a huge chance by driving under the influence home. What a total waist of money & time, 1400 down the drain.

Too top everything of my room that I only spent 2 3 hours in air-conditioning didn't work. Tried laying a complaint about it but the telephone also gave me problem.

Blaauwberg Hotel will never see me or my money again and so do I advice any of my friends and family.
