Blaauwberg beach hotel is awesome

what a beautiful experience. this hotel deserves to be a five star and not a four star. their rooms are beautifully decorated and they have pay attention to the little yet so important things such as having an iron and an ironing board, having a chair and a couch, oh and that coffee machine, the mirrors, double basin: all these made our stay so convenient. the romantic turndown setup was gorgeous and they went an extra mile to make our anniversary extra special. the employees at this hotel is as if they are specially hand-picked...….wow the level of professionalism and kindness is amazing. yes we did have a few hiccups there and there however they were so swift to resolve everything. this is my new home, every time am at cape town this is definitely where I will be staying. thank you Blaauwberg beach hotel and keep up the excellent level of service
