BAD EXPERIENCE AT BLAUWBERG BEACH HOTEL, CAPE TOWN
On the 8th of October I travelled down to Cape Town to attend an AGM that I chaired. I decided to take my wife and son along to make a bit of an Family outing for the weekend staying until the Sunday. We booked in on the Friday afternoon. Later that afternoon I realized the aircon was not working. I phoned reception to report it. We went out for an evening function and up on our return that evening the aircon was still not working. I once again phoned reception, it was about 22h00 but they were unaware of the problem. This was not acceptable to me and they then said they will move us the next morning to another room. To accommodate us they brought an mobile aircon but even that was not working. The next morning I phoned reception to ask when can we move but they were unable to assist. There also was only two coffee mugs in the bedroom and no glasses. There were also guests in the hotel who came from my company that also was treated with some benefits and to my surprise when my wife enquired at reception on the Saturday the reply was that they are VIP's and that's why they have that benefits . SAD TO SAY NOT A GOOD EXPERIECE FROM A 4 STAR HOTEL
