Waste of time!

My friends and I were looking for a picnic spot and decided on Blaauwklippen. After driving for about an hour (from Bloubergstrand) we finally get there. This being our first time there, we didn't really know where to go. After a while we managed to find the restaurant. There was a lady at the entrance that greeted us and marked off our name (we booked for a grass picnic) then a man came over to us and told us he will get us our waitress who will then show us to our spot. After this I have now idea what happened but this guy ruined our whole day, he was such a rude, arrogant axxhole. At first he almost bit off my friends head when she asked him a question and I thought ok well that was unnecessary but then I noticed how he spoke to other guys that approached him also. He then got rude with me too and I thought that was the final straw! I told my friends we are leaving and on our way out I told the lady at the door, I'm sorry but I'm taking my business elsewhere as that guy is way too rude! In my life I've never been in such a position where a man has spoken to me like that. Maybe that's how you treat your clients at Blaauwklippen, but I refuse to be one of them!!
