Services lacking for locals

The place is beautiful but the service lacked. As locals we felt like we were not being prioritised as much as the international guests and that was evident in our waiting times and confusion with our booking. The wine farms serve not only as sites for foreign currency but we as locals are equally as important and should be treated as such. It was disappointing for something we looked forward to. We hope management does better to manage this.
