Blaauw village deceiving guest house

This guest house is basically a ****. On booking.com the property is listed as blaauw village guest house. A modern upmarket guest house with a 9.1 rating. Which we booked for a weekend away. On arrival we were accompanied to the property next door which is the blaauw village beach house. Basically an old aged guest room. No block out curtains in the middle of summer. Musty smelling interior. Definitely not worth the R 8000 for the weekend. Obviously we left. The manager, Jason, assured us a full refund as we did not stay there. 2 weeks later he had changed his story saying it was 100% cacellation and as such no refund will be honored. Many phone calls to booking.com and to the property proved fruitless. The property stopped answering calls or mails from me. How do you run a business advertising one property and expecting people to pay for another property not worth half the money. Easy have a 100% cacellation policy and a manager who makes empty promises. So unhappy about this situation.
