The so-called room turned out to be a tiny storage closet with no windows, no ceiling fan, and infested with insects. The bedding was dirty, and the bathroom was in a terrible state, with damaged walls and an unpleasant smell. It was not only unhygienic but also completely unacceptable for human habitation.

I feel cheated by the false presence of a room and misled by the inaccurate description of the accommodation. I did not receive the value for my money as promised in the booking. The listing was inappropriate and misleading, and I am extremely disappointed with the service provided.

I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this issue and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. I also request a full refund for my booking as I did not receive what was advertised.

Additionally, I would like to mention that there were no towels provided in the room, which made my stay even more uncomfortable. Moreover, the so-called accommodation was actually a hostel with many inhabitants, which made it extremely noisy at 1 am, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. This is totally unacceptable and further adds to my disappointment with the service provided.
