bought vehicle return in one week

Purchase a vehicle from BKG motors in mokopane on the 30 the of June 2015 and realised after traveling a distance of 220 km that the vehicle is not in a good condition and inform Dougie on the 8th of July and he immediately rep**** as follow, where are you in order to send a breakdown to assist you,I told him the vehicle is at my home and he said he will send someone for the vehicle. Monday the 13th I have personally returned the vehicle seen that he failed to send someone. He told me the vehicle will be send o the workshop to check on the mentioned concerns, after two weeks I followed up and realised nothing was done after Albert the owner phoned the workshop in my presence, I told them I want to cancel the cash transaction and I don't want the vehicle anymore. Since then I battle to get my refund from Dougie which present different reasons for not refunding my money, in the meanwhile Albert approved my request of taking a trailer as part of my refund. On the 20th of August Dougie said he is awaiting some clearance from the bank in order to refund me. Monday the 24th of August he present a reason, if and don't have money to refund you, how must I do the refund. Please assist me
