Disgusting service. *********** workmanship

I contracted BK the neat construction for my home renovations. After we accepted the quote, we called him to make changes to the initial scope of work. He agreed and we asked him to send us a revised quote which excludes some work that was initially included. To date we still chasing him for a revised quote, trying to get him to fix the leaking wall, the bathroom accessories which are stuck with silicon instead of being mounted, the tiles which are peeling off, leaking walls, peeling skirting, cracked tiles, installation of pantry door.... The owner of the company Bheku dropped his contract workers on Thursday and disappeared. We kept on sending him countless complaints about the incompetence of his tiler, plumber and the builder. He never even cared to inspect the work of his people before moving them to another project. After a week and a half into the project, he brought a carpenter to put skirting. He only did half the house and he fetched him. The guy came back to install the front door, cracked the very new tiles at the main entrance and destroyed the front door. The next guy he brought was the person for ceiling whom he asked to finish off the skirting. The skirting Installed by the ceiling guy is literally falling off the wall in a space of 1 week. I complained more than a number of times all he has done was to block me in all social platforms. He ignores the phone calls and WhatsApp messages. I am engaging legal assistance at the moment.
