Sharing our experience

I would just like to share our experience with Bk projects as a company and their staff. Shane did our initial site visit, he is such a friendly and warm person, making jokes during the entire visit, we felt such at ease with him as a person and entrusting our installation to them. The office staff were just as friendly and welcoming, always attending to any queries, didn't even complain after the 5th quote I requested. Always received a lovely Whatsapp with a "have a great day" or "hope your day is super" and a ton of emojis. Made me feel so "welcoming". Our installation took 4 days from start to handover. We were kept in the loop about the progress and what they were planning for the day. The workers on site left the site clean after every day. Our portable toilet took a while to be remove by the contracting company, although this was not Bk projects's fault, they apologised profusely for the inconvenience. In the end I am happy we decided to go with Bk projects. May your business continue to thrive.
