Pool Shell Cracked. They refuse to fix

This is a 2 man company. Please stay away!!!

My Pool Shell is cracked after one month's use and they don't want to come and fix it. Shocking. Please stay away.

I have spent R92 000 and there is no level of support.

There is no company Hierarchy and no one to complain to.
