Unprofessional & disappointing

While the staff are very friendly, there is no customer service. I had to follow up a lot. When I received the book the first time, it had the incorrect cover on it. When I sent it back and received it the second time there were duplicated pages.

When I phoned and informed the manager of this he laughed and advised that I ‘just cut them out’. There’s no organisation. Unprofessional.
