Bad response or no feedback at all

I bought a voucher from groupon with this company. After downloading the software and completed my photo-book, I wanted to upload the photo book. I received an error uploading. I should have known by then this is a bad company. After I trouble shoot by reading their FAQ, I FTP the file successfully to them. I have send them an email informing about the problem... No response. I gave them a call a week after the mail was sent, suddenly they could pick up my order and responded to my email requesting I need to pay for the extra pages and then the courier costs and send them the payment notification as well as the groupon voucher. After I have done so, no response from them. I have requested an update and to list my order online (my account) and still no response. My Groupon voucher was redeemed (according to groupon). It is not 6 emails and 1 month later, Still not received my photo-book, neither any response on my emails.<br> <br> NEVER order from them....
