***** and *********** I felt that I had to let you know of a *********** selling **** perfume and selling them as "Original Factory Rejects " As a single mother I placed a large order with this woman to support her small business. I asked all the right questions to make sure it was not **** she told me that no these were perfumes that have been sitting to long on the shelves and were sold at lower pricing. So both my friend and I ordered paid and received only partial of the order, when we inquired about the remaining she had some excuse about the couriers, I opened mine only to discover that the product was indeed **** and that the liquid stained my skin and the scent lasted all of 10 mins, NO perfume last such a short period, we asked for a refund and that we would pay for the courier and the 2 perfumes received out of the 10 only to be told there is no refund. No mention of a non-fundable was stated anywhere or relayed to us. This is hard earned money for gifts that I now can’t replace as I will not be embarrassed to give them out, yesterday 5 December she stated that she would out of her own pocket refund us, which is the right thing to do. I didn't want to name and shame but she is constantly marketing on this group, and I don't want you ladies to go through the same thing as my friend and I did. I lost R3500 as single mum with no support this has broken me financially for Christmas. My heart is so sore.
