Johan van Zyl *** was supposed to help me make an arrangement to pay my arrears on my levy. It has been over a year now and he still has not done anything. I have paid him R8000 already and there has been nothing done to come to an agreement with the body corporate or their lawyers (Kramer Attorneys - Gavin Kramer). He has since not answered his phone which is a mobile number and has moved business premises. The landline number he gave belonged to a lady who owns a driving school. I will be reporting him to the Law Society of the Northern Provinces next.
