Worst experience In buying a car with BJAY AUTO

The worst experience that a woman in South Africa can ever experience. I need assistance on how to take this matter up. I bought a used vehicle from this company in August 2024, been experiencing minor problems then I will go back to them for assistance.

The worst nightmare happened last night on the 27th October 2024, had a Tyre punch on the free way to ho.e from work. Imagine the fear of a woman alone in the middle of no where at night. Had to put a brave face and change the Tyre. That's where my nightmare started, the car jerk that I bought with the car could not move an inch on the car. Started shaking and my fear became unbearable because now I realized that I'm actually stuck. Imagine if I was ****d or hijacked or ******. Anything bad could have happened to me.

Luckly a good Samaritan came to my rescue, he used his own car jerk and started helping me. That was not the begging of it, the spare that I bought with the car did not fit to the car. It finished me. The gentleman assisted me the whole night until I managed to get to the garage and get full assistance there.

Monday morning, the 28th October 2024. I went to BJAY AUTO to explain the ordeal regarding the car jerk and the spare wheel. The response that I received, worse than anything that you can ever imagine. The managers exact words was " I do not manufacture car or anything to do with a car I'm just selling" . The compassion that I was stuck or any remorse. None. He refused to help me and say that a used car doesn't need to have spare wheel and a car jerk which he didn't explain to me before paying for the car.
