Refusal of giving me back my holding deposit as agreed.

I had my eye on a Suzuki Swift which Bjay Auto advertised on line. I phoned them to arrange a test drive. Because these cars sell quick I had to put down a holding deposit of R 5000 ensuring a test drive. I went for a test drive. The car impressed me but when I confirmed the advertised price it changed. I then had to negotiate a new dicounted price. I aked if I can have some time to think it over. They agreed. I left feeling unsure about the deal. I asked if I can bring my daughter on Saturday to test drive the car. They agreed. Unfortunately my daghter had to work on Saturday. I contacted the seller and told them I wont make it. On Monday at about 05:45 I received a message where they asked me if I am still buying the car. I then told them I am not. I sent them my bankdetails for my R 5000 holding deposit refund. They refused even after we have agreed that should I not buy the car, they will refund me my deposit. The owner now became unpleasant and he doesnt want to help me at all. Please stay away from this dealer. Dont be ****ed the way I was ****ed.
