Complaint about BJ Estate Administrators Polokwane

My mother passed away in March 2016 and my father soon after in July 2016. My mother's estate was finalized by BJ Estate Administrators while a bank account remained open in her name. How did this happen? All their bank accounts were held at the same bank. We are now battling to have funds transferred to my father's Estate Account. Nobody attends to the issue. Experiencing no understanding, empathy, results from BJ Estate Administrators. Also not receiving any informative correspondence from them. Just emails saying they are following it up and this has been ongoing for months now with no results. Is this how estates should be dealt with?
