I am sharing this review based on my experience with BJ Cooling. Reading through all the other reviews (Good) they might be doing the job right on the first visit and with smaller aircons. Mine specifically speaks to issues around the Samsung Cassette 360, which is still not fixed after a couple of thousands. Herewith my overview: During September 2025 (4 Sept to be exact), I phoned Samsung Head Office , speaking to a guy named Brendan to discuss my Aircon issue (Samsung Cassette 360 ) and asked for approved installers to assist with fixing the aircon, leading me to BJ Cooling. I spoke with Sachin describing my issue clearly and he suggested my OLP sensor might be broken as I am getting an error E320. I also advised him that I have a hybrid solar system installed at my house and the errors are intermittent, mostly during the 17:00 to 19:00 timeslot, but firmly discounted my solar system having any relation to my Aircon error. Upon arrival for the first time, the technicians did diagnostics and reported that the Samsung Pipe Sensor and Thermistor were defective and need replacing. Got a quotation from Sachin to replace the parts amounting to R2047, which I agreed to and got done on the second visit. This was done during a hot day (around midday) and the error was not present at that time, running the aircon for over 30 mins. The very next day I encountered the issue again and reported it to Sachin. We agreed he would send out the guys again, resulting in the third invoice only that I was not home that day due to an emergency I had to assist with. This invoice would only amount to one call out fee which is R500, but was invoiced out as double that. On the fourth visit, the guys pitched up, switched on the aircon and waited.... After 10 mins I told them they are going to stand there, wasting time and money because the error only occurs after hours. When the sun is about to go down, which shold have been a clear indication that it is related to the solar - batter - utility blend, but it fell on deaf ears and the guys left shortly after. BJ Cooling was more than happy to keep on sending out technicians staring at my aircon while charging call-out fees and labor not actually doing something. How many times should the technicians come out, do nothing and expect me to pay for it each time. After several months, my issue still prevails and I am hesitant to request Samsung to appoint another AUTHORIZED INSTALLER to come and assess. My last conversation with Sachin was quite heated as he firmly stated and confirmed what I had said from the get go, could it not have been my solar installation (inverter blend) causing the issue. This, after replacing working parts on my aircon, and multiple visits by his technicians. Also be aware of the absence of clear communication lines to BJ Cooling. e.g. *** is the only email I am getting communication from. This resulted in invoices ending up in spam folders.... But they do send out FINAL DEMANDS with this email address.
