Bizzfo support is not supporting businesss at all

I use Bizzfo as my point of sale in 2 businesses for more than 8 years I used to get emails as the owner of daily sales. Since December 2024 these emails does not come anymore and I have requested assistance on a monthly and even weekly basis. There is still no corrections in this regard and I am unable to monitor my business.
