12 months on and tax still not filed

It is now 12 months since i began the process to submit my 2019 tax return. Suzette was the lady with whom i was and think i still am working with. Endless reasons why it could not be done inclduing tax ref nunber wrong - strange as its been working for over 20 years. I asked another person to help with this year and he phoned Suzette and all she could say was that she could npt hear etc. I get no response from her and was even more suprised to find that in fact i do not have any profile on efiling. Very poor service
