Horrific Property Investment

On April 2021 I made an Investment of R100000.00 into Bizz House to buy a stake into property development based in Tembisa, during that period everything was good and I suspected nothing, until November 2021 when we received communication from their Attorney's that they were issued experienced with the Tembisa project pertaining to the community and that the matter would be resolved.

Then Janaury 2022 I received an emailing confirming that my Investment had been transferred from the Tembisa development to the Villa Liza development & that the development would be completed in 6 months. Subsequent to that I began having suspicions following postponement of numerous site visit then later during the year - October 2022 I then decided to withdraw my Investment at Bizz House following poor communication, lack of progress with the development and endless excuses, I was then told I would be paid after 45 days - that was meant to be on the 30th of December 2022 - Still nothing.

However because I had already known that chances are I might not be repaid my Investment, I contacted an Attorney to assist me, following legal intervention the CEO told me that I should give them a couple of days to pay up.

I then instructed my Attorney to prepare summons and have them served, during the first couple of months of 2023 the CEO kept telling me that I have disrespected him and will take longer to receive my money, I even went as further as opening a Police case against the company and the CEO.

6 months later I still haven't received my money instead now the CEO told me that the project I had invested in will be refinanced and will be paid end of June.

More lies and excuses, my bank account is empty and I am expected to understand, what's worse is that the CEO is busy doing business with a famous South African celebrity, does not answer calls and hiding.

Frankly my experience with Bizz House has been nothing but horrible.
