Breach of Contract & unauthorised use of my IP

My name is Rob Terlingen, business owner of Rob Terlingen Marketing PLAN/Rob Terlingen Consulting.<br> <br> I have a very legitimate claim against Bizshift (Pty)Ltd and Dereck Roos CEO of Bizshift for breaching the Content Provider Agreement entered into between Bizshift(Pty)Ltd and Rob Terlingen in terms of which Bizshift(Pty)Ltd was given confidential and proprietary information and material by me. Also, in terms of the Agreement I have not been paid commissions due to me.<br> <br> Bizshift entered into an Agreement with CNA/EDCON for the monthly supply of their \Ultimate SME Business Toolkit Information Business Program"which included the proprietary information from the Rob Terlingen Marketing PLAN suite of programmes with my consent.<br> o"
